No. 8 Gale or Storm Signal or above

• Issued BEFORE the commencement of service hours:
  • Clinic services will be suspended, only the surgical centre will provide limited services.
  • If the signal is cancelled by 1 pm, clinic services will be resumed within 2 hours after the signal is cancelled. Clinic staff will contact those affected to reschedule appointments.
• Issued WITHIN the service hours:
  • Clinic services will be suspended, only the surgical centre will provide limited services. Staff will ensure the safe departure of patients based on weather and traffic conditions and will contact those affected to reschedule appointments.

• Issued BEFORE the commencement of service hours:
  • Clinic services will be suspended, only the surgical centre will provide limited services.
  • If the signal is cancelled by 1 pm, clinic services will be resumed within 2 hours after the signal is cancelled. Clinic staff will contact those affected to reschedule appointments.
• Issued WITHIN the service hours:
  • Clinic and surgical centre open as usual. If patients with existing appointments are unable to come due to weather or transportation issues, the staff will reschedule appointments for those affected.
