The ovaries play a crucial role in women's bodies. Ovarian insufficiency can lead to hormonal imbalances, mood swings, and deterioration of skin quality. After the age of 35, ovarian function begins to decline, and the number of follicles representing "ovarian reserve" decreases significantly, indicating a gradual decline in female fertility. The "ovarian age" may vary among women of the same age, and an individual's "ovarian age" may differ from their actual age. Therefore, early understanding of one's ovarian health and assessing ovarian age becomes essential.

This check-up plan is suitable for women of any age, especially for those who want to get married or have a baby.
